Logging in
When you log in to your team web site, you must check the "I am logging in from a private/customer computer" check box, which will stop you from receiving a log-in window.
This indicates that the authorisations that are linked to your user account are incorrect. Please contact us to correct his. (See below under Where can I find answers to my questions?).
Clicking "I am logging in from a private/customer computer" extends the time allowed before you would otherwise be automatically logger out from the web site. It also assists work with documents, if you're using one of our team web sites, in that you don't need to verify yourself again when you open a document from a team web site document library. Choose this alternative only when you are working from your private or company computer and have good anti-virus protection on the machine. It's also important that you log out when you have finished.
