Quality Management System

SP has operated an efficient quality management system for many years. Relevant parts are certified by SWEDAC as complying with ISO/IEC 17025 (laboratories), EN 45011 (certification bodies) and ISO 17020 (inspection bodies). Laboratories accredited for testing and calibration meet at least the requirements of ISO 17025, which means that they also fulfil the relevant requirements of SS-EN ISO 9001. SP's accreditation certificates for test laboratories set out the specific requirements.

Environmental Management System

Based on the results of an environmental audit, SP has adopted a environmental policy under which all parts of the group strive to reduce the environmental impact of all their work and play their part in the longer-term work of achieving a sustainable society.
SP operates an ISO 14001 environmental management system, which is integrated with other quality management systems within the SP group.
