The Eco-label The Flower
SP helps companies to obtain the eco-label The Flower by carrying out required tests. The certificate itself is issued by SIS Miljömärkning (in Sweden).Environmentally adapted product
The Flower is the European version of "Svanen" (The Swan in English) which is a Scandinavian label. The purpose with The Flower is to help the consumer to choose environmentally adapted products of high quality.
Different requirements
The Flower for paints puts high requirements on hiding power, wet abrasion resistance, water resistance, adhesion and content of certain components. The requirements are different for different types of paints, for decorative wall paints there are no requirements on water resistance and adhesion.
