Goal and Vision
SP Pipe Centre offers demand-driven, innovative and international leading competence in the manner of technical evaluation, research and development in the pipe system area for distribution of gas, water and drain and also distribution system for district heating and district cooling.
SPPC is the leading institute in Europe within plastic pipe systems and distribution systems for district heating. SPPC shall be an innovator and driver in the designing of future research- and the development of technology strategies on national and European levels through active communication with industry, universities, research financiers and platforms of technology and through active participation in European standardisation.
