iNTeg-Risk
2008-2013 Early Recognition, Monitoring and Integrated Management of Emerging, New Technology Related RisksiNTeg-Risk, acronym for Early Recognition, Monitoring and Integrated Management of Emerging, New Technology Related Risks, is an EU FP7 Collaborative Project implemented as a large scale integrating project. 64 partners are working together for duration of 54 months from December 2008 to May 2013. The overall budget is about 19.3 million Euros.
iNTeg-Risk coordinates research and development sub-projects related to new materials and technologies for establishing a common EU approach to face the challenge of emerging risks within the next 15 years. The main goal of iNTeg-Risk is to establish a holistic approach for facing the challenge of emerging risks, due to new materials and technologies, within the next 15 years.
In the iNTeg-Risk project there are 17 Emerging Risk Representative Applications (ERRA), one of those (A5) being Underground hubs. SP is one of four project partners (VSH, STUVA and EÌNERIS) participating in ERRA A5 until November 2010.
