SP is a notified body for certification of personal protective equipment according to directive 89/686/EEG. The CE-marking is compulsory within the European communitySP offers certification and to some extent testing of personal protective clothing and gloves for CE-marking . We certifies protective clothing and gloves for:
- Fire-fighters, EN 469
- Welders, EN 470
- Hot environments EN 531, EN 533
- gloves and clothing protecting against chemicals, EN 943-1, EN 943-2, SS-EN ISO 13982-1, En 13034-1, EN 14605 och EN 374-1
We are an accredited laboratory for testing of different properties for protective clothing and gloves, for protection against chemicals, according to different product standards.
