At SP Energy Technology we have several years of experience in measuring and determining the methane losses from biogas and upgrading plants. Most of these measurements were performed as part of the Voluntary Agreement system set up by the Swedish Waste Association. Measurements are also made on other types of sewage treatment plants, composting, landfills, where we also work on research topics to develop and apply new methods for measurement. We also have equipment and methods for leak detection in process plants.
Biofilter
Together with SP Chemistry and Materials Technology we work with the evaluation of biofilters and their efficiency. We can analyze the odorous compounds by chemical analysis as a complement to olfactometric sampling.
