SP has been actively involved in the development of standards and methods of calculation.  Our TEORED program, which is constantly evolving, enables us to calculate acoustic performance.

Our work covers all areas, such as research, product development, verification and certification.

SP offers the following (and other) services in the field of airborne sound insulation of walls:

• Accredited laboratory measurements
• Calculation of airborne sound reduction index
• Calculation of airborne sound reduction index of facades in a range of traffic noise environments 
• Design of walls in order to achieve a given sound reduction performance
• We can assist you to evaluate the acoustic properties of a wall, either by acoustic measurements in the laboratory, calculations or field measurements

We are accredited for all acoustic basic standards for determination of the acoustic attenuation performance of structures.
