SP’s services as Notified Body in the CPD field extends from a certification body for attestation of conformity procedures 1+, 1, 2+ and 2, to a testing laboratory for attestation of conformity procedure 3. The document “CE-marking of construction products” gives a detailed information about how to obtain the CE-mark on a construction product.
A Certificate or an ITT-report (Initial Type Testing report) from SP forms an important part of the manufacturer’s technical file. A complete file gives the manufacturer the basis to draw up a Declaration of Conformity, and put the CE-mark on the product. A CE-marked product gives access to the European market.
