Servo-hydraulic cylinders, working in a flexible, modular rig system which is built up on a strong floor enable items under test to be loaded in up to six different directions simultaneously, managed by an advanced computerised control system.
It may sometimes be preferable to perform single-axis tests in one of our fixed load testing machines. Tests can be static and/or fatigue type. Components intended for use in special environments can be tested in climate chambers.
If the customer so wishes, we can analyse data from such sources as strain gauges, and we can also verify performed calculations.
