Energy experts
Through the Planning and Construction Ordinance and the Energy Declaration of Buildings Ordinance, the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning requires certification of energy experts.The duties of these experts are to carry out inspections and to verify that legal requirements for energy conservation and thermal insulation in buildings are met. SP SITAC is accredited for their certification.
Certified energy experts can issue the necessary declarations for any size of house or building.
The written test can be taken through SP SITAC, together with all other parts of the certification process for approval as an energy expert under the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning rules.
