Contract verifiers
Contract verifiers check that the requirements set out in a contract are fulfilled - i.e. they check that the contractor has fulfilled his undertakings to the purchaser. Work is inspected both before and during the execution process.
SBR, the Swedish Association of Construction Engineers, has issued a qualifications requirement to enable potential contract verifiers to validate their competence. Certification of persons against these qualifications is performed by SP SITAC.
