Calibration - Measuring Benches and Tables

We perform calibration of measuring benches or tables using several methods, interferometrically, optically or combined. In certain applications it may be of interest to perform a calibration of a one-axis bench using our 3D systems since discrepancies in the other axis may cause problems. The calibrations may also be performed dynamically in order to verify how the bench or table behaves mechanically.
