Testing and evaluation of pan hopper weighing instruments
SP tests, certifies, verifies and calibrates all types of pan hopper weighing instruments (Discontinuous Totalising Automatic Weighing Instruments), which can be new or modifications of existing weighing instruments.Testing in accordance with the Measuring Instruments Directive and OIML R 107
We perform tests in accordance with the Measuring Instruments Directive and OIML R 107, and issue European and international certificates for all types of automatic weighing instruments.
Certificates and/or type approvals from SP for automatic weighing instruments are recognised throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
International standard OIML R 107
OIML R 107 "Automatic discontinuous totalising weighing instruments" applies to automatic weighing instruments having a load receptacle such as a panin the form of a hopper, which determine the mass of a bulk product by dividing it into separate batches. The masses of the batches are measured one after the other and then totalled. Each batch is then tipped over into the body of the bulk product.
