We perform tests in accordance with the Measuring Instruments Directive and OIML R 61, and issue European and international certificates for all types of automatic weighing instruments.
Certificates and/or type approvals from SP for automatic weighing instruments are recognised throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
OIML R 61 - International standard
OIML R 61 "Automatic gravimetric filling instruments" specifies the requirements for automatic gravimetric filling instruments that fill containers etc. with a predetermined and essentially constant mass of a bulk product, and which consist mainly of one or more automatic metering devices that are connected to one or more weighing instruments and associated control and discharge devices. A common example is that of sack-filling instruments.
