Students
Students are important to us. We work closely with universities and institutes of technology, forming a bridge between academia and industry. We host about 60 graduation projects each year, and play an active part in increasing interest in higher technology education. SP is a popular employer in the eyes of technology and engineering students: a result confirmed by a survey carried out by Ny Teknik and the Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers in 2010.
We maintain active links with universities and institutes of technology in such ways as through participation in several graduate employment fairs each year. Many of our staff are also adjunct professors or lecturers at universities and institutes of technology in all parts of the country, while every year we host several students performing master thesis in our working areas.
SP has also been involved in the national Technology Delegation, the aim of which is to increase interest in technology courses at engineering universities.
